Product Use

Our air fresheners are designed for use inside motor vehicles and should only be used as intended.

To ensure safe use:

Hang the bottle securely from your interior rear-view mirror using the supplied cord.
Ensure the bottle is tightly secured before every journey.
Keep the bottle upright at all times.
Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight and excessive heat where possible.
Keep out of reach of children and pets.
Do not remove the stopper unless instructed to do so as part of the product setup.

Important Safety Warning

Our air fresheners contain concentrated fragrance oil.

Fragrance oil may damage vehicle interiors and other surfaces if spilled or allowed to leak.

Avoid contact with:

Vehicle dashboards
Plastics and trims
Leather and upholstery
Painted surfaces
Clothing
Skin and eyes

If any fragrance oil comes into contact with a vehicle surface or any other material, wipe it away immediately using a clean, absorbent cloth.

If the oil comes into contact with your skin, wash the affected area immediately with soap and plenty of water.

If the oil enters your eyes, rinse thoroughly with clean water for several minutes. Seek medical advice if irritation persists.

If swallowed, seek immediate medical attention.

Vehicle Care & Liability

Our products are designed to be used safely when installed and maintained correctly.

Customers are responsible for ensuring the bottle is securely installed, remains upright, and is checked periodically for signs of leakage.

We are not responsible for damage to vehicle interiors, dashboards, trims, plastics, leather, upholstery, paintwork, or any other property where damage results from:

Incorrect installation.
Failure to keep the bottle upright.
Failure to tighten or secure the bottle correctly.
Failure to clean spilled fragrance oil immediately.
Misuse, modification, or use of the product outside its intended purpose.
Failure to follow the instructions and safety guidance supplied with the product.

Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under the laws of England and Wales, including liability arising from defective products where applicable.

Subject to the above, we shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for damage arising from misuse of the product or failure to follow the supplied instructions.

Product Variations

As our fragrances are blended and bottled in batches, slight variations in colour or fragrance intensity may occur. These natural variations do not affect the quality or intended performance of the product.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will take effect once published on our website.
